In addition, she is involved in the planning and implementation of major international development opportunities for the Company. Ms. Farris brings to this role more than twenty years of experience leading the successful development of University Park at MIT and establishing Forest City's nationally-focused Science + Technology Group. Ms. Farris is involved with many real estate and biotech industry organizations, most recently serving on the board of directors and steering committee for the BIO Annual International Conventions in 2006 and 2007. A former banker and strategic consultant, Ms. Farris holds a bachelor of arts degree, with distinction, from Rhodes College. |
Frank C. WuestPresident | As President of Forest City's Science + Technology Group, Mr. Wuest is responsible for the management of the company's existing national life science portfolio. In addition, Mr. Wuest directs new business initiatives for the Science + Technology Group with a particular focus on building partnerships and shaping investment strategies. Mr. Wuest has over 20 years of real estate investment, development and capital markets experience and holds leadership roles in several industry organizations including ULI & NAIOP. A former certified public accountant, Mr. Wuest is a graduate of the University of Connecticut (BS) and Harvard University (MBA). |

Peter Calkins shares leadership responsibilities for Forest City's Science + Technology Group, and directs the planning and implementation of Science + Technology projects across the nation. Together with other Group executives, he also evaluates and develops new opportunities for joint venture / partnership relationships and science-oriented development projects. Mr. Calkins is presently involved in the oversight of the Science + Technology Group's, multi-phase projects currently under development in Massachusetts, Maryland and Illinois. An active member of ULI, NAIOP and AURP, Mr. Calkins received a bachelor of arts with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and holds a master of architecture from Harvard University. |
Michael S. RosenSenior Vice-President New Business Development |
Rosen is responsible for developing marketing strategies for Forest City's biotech projects across the United States, including the Science + Technology Park at Johns Hopkins and the Illinois Science + Technology Park. He also serves as Forest City's liaison to the life science industry developing ongoing day-to-day working relationships with Forest City's biotech/research clients and establishes contacts with other prospective emerging technology prospects. Prior to Forest City, Mr. Rosen spent 20 years as an executive in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He holds a BA degree in International Relations from Beloit College, and an MBA degree in International Business from the University of Miami (Florida). |

Farley is charged with overseeing asset and property management for the Forest City Science + Technology Group's portfolio. He has been with Forest City for five years, and in this capacity he is responsible for leasing and day-to-day operations of the company's life science assets across the United States. Among the many properties that Mr. Farley has responsibility for include; the Illinois Science + Technology Park in Skokie, IL, the University of Pennsylvania Translational Research Facility in Philadelphia, PA, and the award winning, mixed-use University Park at MIT in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Farley is a member of the Building and Office Management Association (BOMA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. Michael's College in Vermont and also studied at Loyola University in Rome, Italy. |

Brown is responsible for all project financing, coordinating the work of corporate finance and legal staff as well as outside counsel. She also serves as in-house counsel for the Science + Technology Group's development team and its operating properties. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles and a juris doctor, with honors, from The George Washington University. |

O'Connell is a Senior Development Manager for Forest City's Boston regional office and the Science + Technology Group. He is responsible for overseeing and managing project teams and projects from conception through design, construction and lease up. Prior to joining Forest City, Mr. O'Connell was Vice President of Development for The McCourt Company where he coordinated with City of Boston and BRA officials with respect to land exchange agreements and also managed the entitlement process for 3.3 million square foot mixed-use development in the Seaport District. He also managed a joint venture with the MBTA for the design and construction of Courthouse Station, a $100 million station stop for the new Silver Line. Prior to McCourt he spent over ten years as a Vice President with Holmes & Edwards Architects. A registered architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mr. O'Connell holds a bachelor in architectural science from Trinity College and a diploma in architecture from the Dublin Institute of Technology in Dublin, Ireland. |

Roy holds responsibility for strategic planning and development of best practices for the engineering and technical infrastructure systems underlying the Forest City Science + Technology Group's development projects. Mr. Roy motivates excellence in design for HVAC, building automation, information technology and security systems, seeking superior engineered solutions that will provide long-term value to technology-oriented building users and to Forest City as owner. Mr. Roy has a B.S. degree in Architecture from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario, M.S. in Technology Management from University of Maryland, and J.D. from Catholic University of America, Washington, DC. |

Baiardi is responsible for the financial operations of the Science + Technology Group's offices across the U.S., including strategic planning, forecasting and budgeting, invoicing, and lender requisitions. She has completed business management and real estate finance coursework at Middlesex Community College and Boston University. |

Long is responsible for all construction activity for Forest City's life science projects in various markets across the United States. Presently Mr. Long is overseeing the development of the Illinois Science + Technology Park. With this project he is responsible for the redevelopment of 2 million square feet of office/R&D space to be located in renovated and newly constructed buildings. A registered Professional and Structural Engineer, Mr. Long holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Kansas and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. |

Chiles is responsible for coordinating and directing all the architectural, engineering and consultant teams involved in the development of Forest City's life science campuses across the United States. Presently Ms. Chiles is overseeing the design of the Illinois Science + Technology Park. With this project she is responsible for the design and development of 2 million square feet of office/R&D space. A registered and LEED certified architect, Ms. Chiles holds a master of architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a bachelor of arts in Architecture from the University of North Carolina. |

Finnegan is responsible for the development, organization and design of print and electronic communications. He also oversees the work of Forest City's public relations representatives and interfaces with local and national print media to promote the firm's activities. Finnegan holds a bachelor's degree from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University's Sawyer School of Management, both with a concentration in marketing. |

King has overall responsibility for the management of the IT strategic plan and architectures, including applications, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, knowledge, and data architectures for the development and management staff for the Boston Regional office and Forest City Science and Technology Group. This includes the development of architectural standards and management of standards review and exception processes. He is also responsible for overseeing and directing the IT staff day to day functions for the Science and Technology group and the Washington Regional office, including desktop support, server support, telecom and networking and security. King also collaborates on special projects and task-forces on an Enterprise wide basis with Corporate Information Technology Group. Mr. King is a graduate of North Eastern University (BS) in Management of Information Systems. |
