University Park @ MIT

Do Business Here

From the project's onset, Forest City's vision for University Park included office, research and development, hotel, retail and residential uses. The University Park master plan - designed by Koetter Kim & Associates and winner of the Urban Land Institute's Award for Excellence - sets the framework for a dynamic urban environment and provides the facilities that allow for a diverse range of research and development.

Building by building, an industrial graveyard has morphed into a $750 million, 2.3 million square foot, bio-science and residential campus - uniting the park with the neighborhood, and further afield, making it one of the best known facilities of its kind in the United States.
