Encompassing 578 acres, The Fitzsimons Life Science District and the Anschutz Medical Campus currently has six million square feet of new buildings in which life science institutions conduct work, study and research. At completion in an estimated 20 years, the site will include more than 16 million square feet onsite including the new Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons, a 170-acre parcel on the north side.
