Northeast Metro Denver is the fastest growing area in the metro region. The area includes 300 square miles within four cities, including Denver and Aurora. Over the next 20 years, 30 percent of the growth projected in the Denver Metro area will occur right here.*
The Fitzsimons Life Science District and Stapleton, two landmark projects in the area, are being developed by nationally acclaimed Forest City Enterprises. At build-out, these projects will contribute more than $10 billion of new development, 50,000 jobs, and 30,000 new residents. Stapleton is a growing mixed-use community whose 4,700 acres border the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons' western boundary.
Development has been underway in the area for nearly 10 years. Over the next 20 years, these developments will radically change the character of the Northeast Metro Denver area. This area is becoming a highly connected, sustainable commercial, residential and lifestyle center for the future. Companies that locate in the area will take advantage of some of the most modern public transportation infrastructure in the world, have access to numerous LEED-certified buildings and work with Forest City - one of the premier developers in the United States.
The opportunities for new employers and companies to relocate in this area are significant. For Northeast Metro Denver, the future is now.
