Forest City Fitzsimons is partnered with the Fitzsimons Redevelopment Authority to develop the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons just north of the University of Colorado at Denver, Health Sciences Center, University of Colorado Hospital and The Children's Hospital (all parts of the Anschutz Medical Campus), and future home of the Veteran's Administration Hospital.
Forest City Science + Technology Group is committed to creating projects that help advance research, build communities and enhance our corporate citizenship. No matter what project we undertake, we work closely with neighborhood residents and leadership to create a master plan that will address all concerns, including urban design and open space, zoning and infrastructure, and traffic mitigation.
