James D. ChrismanSenior Vice-President | Chrisman is responsible for the master planning and overall development Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons. Additionally he is overseeing the transformation of the former Stapleton International Airport into a new community of 12,000 homes, 35,000 jobs and more than 1,100 acres of parks and open space. Prior to Forest City, Mr. Chrisman worked for Disney Development Company, Watt Industries, and Cadillac Fairview Corporation in southern California. He is currently on the Board of Directors of National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Administration and Management Science from Carnegie-Mellon University and a M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. |
David DitchmanDirector of Leasing + Business Development Ditchman is the Director of Leasing and Business Development. His primary focus is on land sales, leasing and new business development for Colorado Science + Technology Park. Prior to joining Forest City, David served as the Vice President of the The CAC Group in San Francisco. At The CAC Group, David leased and secured more than one million square feet of office space on behalf of some of San Francisco's most well-known landlords and tenants.

Mitzi Schindler is the director of marketing for Forest City's Denver location on the Stapleton and the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimons. As such, she oversees and implements the brand level marketing for both projects, including all external marketing vehicles and serving as a presence in the Denver and Aurora communities. Prior to joining Forest City, Ms. Schindler served as the director of Publications and Fitzsimons Communications at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. She was with the university's Office of Public Relations for 22 years. Ms, Schindler has a degree in advertising design from the Colorado Institute of Art and is pursuing a degree in communications at the University of Colorado at Denver and Health Sciences Center. |
