As the Master Developer, Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership (FC-NEBP) serves as the primary conduit for hiring quality firms to participate in all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to, planning, development, management, design/engineering, contracting, financing, construction, building operations, professional services, and other related services. FC-NEBP is especially interested in fostering the growth of minority-, women-, and/or locally-owned and operated enterprises. As part of the Step 1 - RFQ process, Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership has selected the Competitive Range of prime Contractors for construction of the P-1 Parking Garage. A list of these firms, as well as contact information for each is available for download. Additionally, a Project Information and Outreach Meeting will be held to further facilitate interaction between the prime offerors and local, women and minority-owned businesses (see attachment for more details). Firms are encouraged to contact the listed firms directly, and to attend the outreach meeting. FC-NEBP will seek detailed technical and price proposals (under the Step 2 RFP process) from shortlisted contractors.
