As the Master Developer, Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership (FC-NEBP) serves as the primary conduit for hiring quality firms to participate in all aspects of the project, including, but not limited to, planning, development, management, design/engineering, contracting, financing, construction, building operations, professional services, and other related services. FC-NEBP is especially interested in fostering the growth of minority-, women-, and/or locally-owned and operated enterprises. A/E RFP for Public Health Lab (PDF)
Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership has selected the Competitive Range of prime offerors for the A/E Services-Public Health Laboratory procurement. A list of these firms, as well as contact information for each is available for download. Additionally, a Project Information and Outreach Meeting will be held to further facilitate interaction between the prime offerors and local, women and minority-owned businesses (see attachment for more details). Firms are encouraged to contact the listed firms directly, and to attend the outreach meeting.

Forest City-New East Baltimore Partnership (FC-NEBP) is seeking a qualified sub-developer with the experience, capacity to design, construct, and operate a successful Parking Garage project in the New East Baltimore Community. (See further details in the RFP.)

FC-NEBP will compile a list of firms who have expressed an interest in the Parking Garage project in order to encourage such firms to make themselves familiar with the resources available in the local business community, including women and minority owned businesses, and to take early steps to form business relationships that will align with the goals of the RFP.
