855 North Wolfe Street, the first of five research buildings, offers over 277,000 square feet of space anchored by Johns Hopkins Medicine's Institute for Basic Biomedical Sciences. Future buildings can be devoted fully to corporate requirements or may also support specific research programs sponsored by Johns Hopkins, depending upon the needs of individual users.

Johns Hopkins will also make available to tenants of the Science + Technology Park a full range of specialized services and equipment, enabling smaller organizations the ability to access important research tools more conveniently and cost effectively than is possible in traditional suburban research park settings. At the Science + Technology Park at Johns Hopkins, your company will find all it needs - a talented work force, the very best in facilities, and direct access to institutional resources - to grow and prosper well into the future.
