Forest City Science + Technology Group is committed to creating projects that help advance research, build communities and enhance our corporate citizenship. No matter what project we undertake, we work closely with neighborhood residents and leadership to create a master plan that will address all concerns, including urban design and open space, zoning and infrastructure, and traffic mitigation.
We are working in partnership with the Village to not only revitalize this campus but also integrate into downtown Skokie. It is our hope that this project will serve as a catalyst to increase retail and residential activity, and make downtown Skokie a 24/7 destination to live, work and play.
